Diethrich Needle Holder is handcrafted from German stainless steel and tungsten carbide inserts that provides control, precision and a dependable non-slip crosshatched surface. Designed with spring and ring handles with a lock and 1.0 mm tips, this instrument is ideal for use with 6-0, 7-0, and 8-0 sutures. Finished with gold-plated handles and available in several lengths. Tungsten carbide needle holders provide unparalleled control while suturing. The precision-milled, pyramid-shaped teeth ensure a dependable, non-slip surface. Some needle holder styles are also available with smooth tungsten carbide jaws, designed to hold the smallest sutures in microsurgical and plastic surgery procedures. Tungsten carbide jaws are inherently more durable than stainless steel and clinicians will experience an extended service-life. These needle holders feature gold-plated handles.
